These terms and conditions define the types and scope of services provided electronically via the Website, the rules for concluding agreements using the Website, the rules for performing these agreements, the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Service Provider, and the procedure for withdrawing from an agreement and handling complaints.<\/p>

Whenever the following terms are used in these Terms and Conditions, they shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:<\/span><\/p>

  2. Website \/ Service<\/b> \u2013 Internet service belonging to the Service Provider at the URL: www.nicegastro.pl.<\/span><\/li>
  3. Personal data<\/b> \u2013 information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (\u201edata subject\u201d); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person, i.e. designated data of the Service Users necessary for the correct performance of the Service.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Consumer<\/b> \u2013 a natural person entering into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity; a user of the Service.<\/span><\/li>
  5. User<\/b> \u2013 user of the Service.<\/span><\/li>
  6. Break<\/b> \u2013 temporary cessation of the Service's operation or its individual subpages or functions, which will be necessary for technical reasons, including in connection with maintenance, modifications or repairs of the Service.<\/span><\/li>
  7. Mobile device \/ Device \u2013<\/b> a device allowing the User to use the Application and data transmission services, in particular a mobile phone or tablet, running on the AndroidTM or iOS operating system, or another one indicated in the Application.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  8. Higher Power<\/b> \u2013 extraordinary events over which the Service Provider and the User have no control, or which they cannot prevent.<\/span><\/li>
  9. Contract<\/b> \u2013 Service Agreement, concluded between the Service Provider and the User in accordance with the rules set out in the Regulations.<\/span><\/li>
  10. Services<\/b> \u2013 services provided electronically by the Service Provider within the scope of the Service.<\/span><\/li>
  11. Regulations<\/b> \u2013 this document.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    \u00a7 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/p>

    1. The regulations set out the terms for the provision of services electronically, the rules for the operation of the Service, the conclusion and termination of agreements, and the conditions for access to content and use of the Service.<\/span><\/li>
